As a proudly born and raised Albertan, I am a corporate executive leader and a successful entrepreneur who has made an impact in industries such as finance, energy, healthcare, government, academics, retail, and more. I hold professional designations of Registered Professional Recruiter (R.P.R.) and Certified Leadership Coach (C.L.C.) and am an internationally published writer, with my works printed in digital copy in Canada and the United States, and in hardcover in the United Kingdom.
I'm humbled to be a sought-after international speaker and influencer to the talent and business community and have been invited to share my exponential ideas and accomplishments on stages at world-class events for companies such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, MediaCorp, numerous professional designation associations, Universities and more. I am also very grateful to have been formally mentored by some of the best executives and educators in the world from organizations including Google and Singularity University.
In current and previous roles, I've led the creation and successful implementation of numerous leading-edge business development tools for small start-ups and large enterprises including recruitment initiatives, talent development programs, career advancement programs, and technology platforms.
I am passionate about the personal and professional development of those around me and feel the greatest impacts can be made at the team level. In order to achieve this, strong leadership practices are imperative. As such, I offer comprehensive leadership learning and executive coaching to empower leaders to be effective and successful. I also volunteer my time generously to the intellectual advancement of Canada's post-secondary student population in the form of mentorship.
